Mr. Belfort's autobiography is a fantastic story of entrepreneurship that went wrong but is still an example of how one can leave your mark when he/she is aware of his/her strengths. I've been a Citibank client for the last 9 years. They are a great bank with great customer service. They're doing a good job on improving customer experience on their website as well. I just think they should work on lowering their fees, that would make them even more competitive.
Thinkorswim offers a wide range of investment options and well-designed mobile apps. That makes it a good brokerage for everybody, and especially those who like low cost and prefer to trade via their phone. It is very accessible even for the market newbies.

Their customer service is ok, except that during peak hours it takes long to talk to someone over there. One cool thing is that they provide a Home Broker Software at no cost for their clients.
