I have joined Tim Chandler's trading room for about a month. The following is my observation.
Basically there is a daily trading room from 8-11am EST, a quick trade recap from 11-11:15am EST and a night trading from Monday to Thursday between 9-10pm EST.
In the trading room, Tim will be analyzing movement and targets for 6 pairs of currency he monitors(EU, EJ, GU, GJ, UJ, UC)
There is no trade call in the room. If you're looking for Tim to call out when he is entering or getting out of a trade. You will be disappointed.
Tim will talk about some of the trades he entered and how much he made after the fact. So does all other scam trading room talking about entries and exits after the fact. I am not saying this trading room is a scam but there is no way to verify the trades. No one sees those trades, not even on a demo account. Also Tim will not mention about losing trade until people are questioning about a fail setup. In my opinion, if people are bragging about winning trade, they need to talk about their losing trade too. We also need to learn about why trade doesn't work out.
In the eudootrading.com web site, it has a trader/follower program. It claims it is one of Tim's student trading Tim's method. If you want to follow the actual entry and exit of the trade, you need to pay $425 monthly fee. I haven't tried this service so I can't comment on this.
The fee for the room is $275 for the first month and $125 a month thereafter. The $125 fee is not out of line with other trading room but not sure why they charge more than double for the first month. Do they expect a lot of people drop out in the second month so they make the money in the first?
Almost every day, there is a lady speaking on the room giving testimonial about how much her account grow since she joined. The same person is also speaking in 4xla trading group promoting the method. It is almost like listening to an infomercial.
The trading method is based on support/resistance area and currency correlation but it is also quite discretionary. There is a one page description in the website talks about the method written by the web site staff but that is the extent of the method you're getting in writing.
In the room you will get some real time analysis but you will hear a lot of time Tim says he is entering the trade early because he believes the currency will go this way or the other way and a lot of time he says he is not following rule because of..... Rules? A lot of time you will hear he saying if it breaks, enter but you will enter but you not mentioning breaking which way..... Or you will find out after you have a losing trade.
You will see his cursor flying all over the screen talking about six currencies. For newbie in the room, it is very difficult to follow. When you try to see which area he is talking about, the cursor has moved to another chart already. Tim will tell you it takes time to follow his method. Let's hope I can see more in the second month.
Overall the method does sound like having some promise but it has to overcome a lot of hurdles to learn and require a lot of practice.
On the website side, the euodootrading website is very armature and questionable.
When I first join, I didn't get any email or message telling me how to join the trading room. After the first try of searching the website, I still couldn't find it. I send question to the support email address listed in the website. There is no response. I went through the website again and finally found the link to join the room.
The trading room technology (gotomeeting) is good so you can look at Tim's chart and listen to him clearly without lagging.
There are some training videos in the website. The style of the training is more of talking about what happen on the day and by the way, this is how trade is entered, which technique is applied. It is more of a bottom up approach instead picking a method and finding an example. There is nothing wrong with this method. People just need to be aware of the style.
Watching training video is a nightmare.
Multiple videos are put in the same web page. Even if you want to watch one video, all videos will be loaded at the same time. Some page has as much as 9 videos. The video is usually longer than 1 hour. Imagine you have to load 9 hours of videos at the same time before you can watch one. It just takes forever to load.
The video can only be watched online and can't be downloaded. So every time you want to watch the same video again, you have to go through the same process. i.e. loading all the videos again.
The video files are huge and it is a network traffic nightmare. If you have traffic limit with your internet service provider, you really need to watch out.
Some of Tim's follower may jump all over this review because I am not giving a glowing review to this room but I am just stating the facts on what I see.
Is this a good trading room? Not sure yet.
