People love to complain about BoA but I've never had an issue and have always found their customer service to be excellent.
The tools are decent but the customer service is what really sets TDAmeritrade apart. Very easy to get a human on the line.
I can tell that this is a powerful tool but it is extremely complicated to use unless you're a computer programmer. I've come back to the tool a few times and other folks in my investment club have had similar experiences. Just too confusing and time consuming.
