Great Savings Account
"I have used ING Direct for several years now. The only account I have with them is a savings account as they give very high yields compared to brick & mortor banks like BofA, and Wells Fargo. Love them.

My Favorite Online Bank
I've been an ING Direct customer for roughly 3 years now and am very happy. It is very easy transferring money from your ING account to/from your regular brick and mortor bank. Not Worth the Time
Used ING a long-time back and I wasn't too impressed. It offers a huge interest rate compared to most checking services but they make it so difficult to withdraw money where it almost makes it not worth the time. I've an ING Orange account for many years and I always had good service and nicely explained statements. The yields are pretty good too and they give you bonuses if you can refer a friend.
