This is interesting, but I don't think you can really build a trading strategy around bollinger bands... it's just a piece of the puzzle, a small piece, with price and volume being the big two. Bollinger bands are very limited much like many other indicators in that they don't work consistently. Trending stocks can seem very overbought forever..... so you really have to distinguish between variation that is somewhat random vs. non-random.... I suggest reading a book that gives u a complete education on technical trading, not just one aspect like the bollinger bands. Nonetheless, the information is valuable.
I am of the belief that every indicator on the planet "works" when traded with discipline and patience. So I don't believe this book will make you rich any more or less than any other book.
