Such a bore
i don't think theres a less enthusiastic commentator in the world. Its like someone forces her to do her job. Like she wakes up every morning thinking Damnit i have to do this sh*t again. i cant believe she hasnt been replaced. Really really boring to watch. Cmon youre being watched by millions of people, save that dullness for later and liven up

Not bad
Margaret Brennan is a pretty good reporter. She tends to be less superficial than many on CNBC always trying to dig a bit deeper. She could be a little more confident and outspoken but that will come. Overall she's pretty good, and by no means a pushover. Enjoy her for her brains, style and beauty. I watch her every once in awhile on Bloomberg where she is the anchor of her own two hour show ‘In Business with Margaret Brennan'. However, if I have time for only one show on Bloomberg it's 'Taking Stock' with Pimm Fox.

cute with attitude
Margaret really does present herself well and I also think she's knowledgable, at least the few times I've watched her.

She's sexy
I prefer a sexy financial advisor over an unattractive one. "All in" you say? No problem!

I'm giving her 4 check marks under entertainment, because if she wasn't good looking, she wouldnt have a job in television.

Huge win for Bloomberg landing Brennan, game changer
Wow this new acquisition for Bloomberg is full of win

Margaret Brennan is a very solid reporter. Unlike most of her former CNBC cohorts she doesn't just accept answers at face value. She isn't the hardest hitter, but she isn't naive. But more importantly she exemplifies professionalism a rare trait for a CNBC alum, she never makes a fool out of herself or makes the classic mistake of thinking she is the story.

She seems to be able to ask tough questions of people without alienating them. A key balance a reporter needs. It's hard to get a good interview if good people won't talk to you. It's also boring for the viewers if you lob them softballs.

Bloomberg, although it has long been the best business network in my opinion, is let's face it a pretty dry channel. Brennan has enough persona, skill and looks to really elevate the network's presence wihtout compromising their information angle (as opposed to CNBC's blatant info-tainment shtick)

She seems extremely well suited to her new environs, Bloomberg wisely is making her an anchor of her own two hour show (‘InBusiness with Margaret Brennan’ airs from 10am-12pm ET'). that should maximize her star power. Without all the shouting and noisy graphics she seems to be really thriving. Brennan seems to be a natural anchor and perhaps better at that than she is at reporting.

Of course none of that matters if you don't like business shows. Her new show is more a discussion/interview show than a trader show. But as an investor I find it to be one of the few business shows that are watchable.

It's still early in the game and she has a couple rough edges but I think her show has the potential to really take off for BTV
