I like this dude, this Timothy Bohen
never met him per say, but he's a friend of a friend it seems. I've read enough of his blog and comments eleswhere on the interwebs to know he's seems to be one of the good guys in daytrading/pennystocking land.
Bohen seems to have an unsual three pronged approach in his stock blogging
-A fitness blog - diet, exercise regimen
-Trading blog - potential plays, results sometimes videos
-random humor/family stuff
What I admire most about him is unlike many financial bloggers Bohen appears to have priorities very straight. His apparent success at work/life balance is something to be applauded.
of the three parts of his blog I actually find the fitness part to be the best. Kind of an odd choice but it covers a topic that many trading blogs just don't cover. It's hard to stay healthy and trade. very hard. And you can't trade well if you are unhealthy. Bohen's tips have been useful to me and inspiring!
in that respect his blog is a very very unique resource.
The actual trading stuff is stuff Reaper/Yngvai/Sykes all cover just as well or better.
The family stuff I don't read becasue I feel a little creepy if I do. I do find his sense of humor but you might not.
Anyway his blog used to be nice and clean and pretty slick lookin, but I dunno what happened. It looks it like got nuked and has been replaced with some generic Posterious template that mashes his varied interests together. I really do miss the old posts, especially on fitness.
Meh. but I can't blame the guy Blogging is hard /time consuming endeveauour don't let anyone tell you different! Family first man. But still as a reader it's not as good as it once was
Worth a look to see if it jives with you, but not necessarily a daily must.
