Not Bad
Slightly above average news site. Their news comes in fairly fast and i've actually made some $ using their streaming news. They also cover OTC's not just big boards which is nice.

Just a news service, wont sign up though
This site is just another basic news provider that really doesnt set itself apart from any other website of the like. I can view the latest upgrades/downgrades/acquistions on any mainstream provider (i.e. Yahoo, Google). They clearly want the reader to sign up for their newsletter and/or premium services. I suppose I could use my spam allocated e-mail address to sign up for their e-mails, but I'll probably end up unsubscribing faster than a pump dumps.

Sad Street Insider Is Nothing But A Stock Promoter
I like 50% of this site's work...sometimes they actually report honestly on stocks, but my problem is that the other half is a mix of ticker spam meant to help them get more traffic and people onto their email list and worse, using those people on their email list to promote penny stocks....all for just a few thousand dollars per email blast.

I've blogged about how Street Insider got paid $4,000 to promote one piece of crap company:

http://www.timothysykes.com/2009/12/streetinsider.com-is-the-grinch-who-stole-christmas-for-a-measly-4000-bribe/

And thats just one out of hundreds of examples.

So Street Insider, was it really worth selling your soul and ripping off thousands of your readers for just a few hundred thousand dollars? Can't make money the honest way? Very sad dude, people like you are the reason why finance is so polluted....greed first, ethics later
