He's good. Not only good but wicked funny and oh does that help when you're staring at computer screens for hours and hours, planted in a chair, at obscenely early west coast hours.
There's a balance between risk and reaching for it, maybe especially with options. The delicious money money money part of Sang's site is something about his work ethic: providing a pre-market update, serious discussions about trading and options and sentiment, reviews of trades, a downloadable entire book about options, and the understanding of testing small (sometimes) and leaping out if the thesis isn't ready (seldom wrong completely actually) or plunging as it works.
It's an earthy chat with novice options traders, master traders, and plenty of color as well as sharp attention to the movement of the market - reading the tape. Something that complements charts and news and matters.
Sang's writing (and love of writing as he supports a couple of others who are storytellers philosophically as well as informatively) is sharp, painting details as easily as some might swat a tennis ball.
Some traders are in school, starting with minimal piles of money and one has to relish the excitement of seeing it grow quickly. Options are all about leverage and working/learning/banking with Sang keeps it real: moderating risk, and there is plenty in the market, and extracting profits that are deliciously earned.
