Phil makes a lot of claims but his service is worthless

This service is worthless. Don't waist your money here. I joined Philsgang and stayed a member for over a year. Phil has good intuition about the market, but he never tells his members when to buy or sell. He has them go in with 25 shares and then sit and watch.
