Decent features and quick execution of trades. But, they have not been able to find shares for certain securities at the time I place the trade. Nothing like getting a message to call them because they want an extra fee to find the shares.

I wasted a lot of time with this company's software, and I would not recommend it to anyone. I found their trading advice to be reckless and inconsistent.

I like this software, and I've been using it for a few months now. It has easy to use features that vary with the package you select. I haven't needed to use their live support, but I have used their tutorials and have found them to be helpful.
