Not only do you get great calls from Cameron but also from the all stars/others in chat. I have made a lot of $ on longs (GNVC, CHTL, etc...) and very short calls (bounce plays & volume spikes). I use this daily for news, sometimes for the forums/groups, never for quotes (non realtime).
Their picks long term appear to be actually pretty good. I signed up however in December 2008 and have not taken their advice on any purchases. If you are looking for long term picks for an IRA account this may be good I suppose.
