Their service is 100% worth it. Not so much for real time charts, but those who like to go over their charts EOD, annotate them and evaluate them. I dont recommend this for intra-day trading. But if you like to look over charts after the close they provide the best charts i have ever seen.
I normally dont follow many penny stock newsletters but i have followed these guys for a while now. They normally have pretty good write ups not just pumping everything sometimes they recommend shorting certain things. I find yahoo finance to be way more informative then pinksheets they also have the boards there as well to see what people are saying.
If your thinking about buying a penny it is good to check their site to see what newsletters went out on it see if it is a pump. BUT it is not so good for education you wont learn anything besides whos pumping what there.
