"The ETFs are rated 1-10. The 10s have a 79% probablilty of the price increasing, the 9s have a 77% probabililty, etc. (from the tradingmarkets website), so the idea is to buy the 8,9,10s. In the financial markets, there are so many terms to learn. This site is the greatest with that. Great tutorials too. And all FREE! Other than that, I can't say it any better than the other reviewers who raved about this site.
