If you don't know about high frequency trading then this will really help open your eyes to some of the things out there in the market that you can be facing on a daily basis.
This is a good app to watch your stocks while away from your computer. The candle charts are real time and it is a solid app for the iphone.

Charlie Sheen's best movie of all time and I am sure he was coked up and doing strippers the whole time, but then again I wouuld say 95% of the new york traders are doing the same.....
This movie has some ideas that can be used in trading because their are many similarities between trading and poker such as the emotional aspect and the thrill of the gamble.
