I joined this service and didn't even last a day. Key things I noticed were that:
1. Web site is terrible.
2. There are no real time alerts.
3. There is no chat room.
4. No set schedule for posts.
5. Customer service is disgusting.
My experience.
I have followed TraderFlorida's tweets before he began selling his service to everyone. He seemed to be a trader who made some sense although I never followed his trades, just listened to some of his videos to see what certain market leaders were doing. Overall he seemed like a pretty knowledgeable guy who made money swing trading.

However, his service does not follow the quality of his old video posts and tweets.
The website is poorly designed and developed.
There is almost no information on it. Or if there is, it is almost impossible to find.
It says there are real time alerts, but there are none. I was told the only way to get real time alerts was to stayed logged onto the site and wait for blog posts to pop-up. I suppose I was supposed to stop what I was doing and hit refresh a few hundred times a day. Lol
For a guy who allegedly trades thousands of shares of apple and other heavyweight stocks, the site is a simple wordpress site that doesn't work well. What happened, no money for a decent buildout? The site loads poorly in my browser. Buttons are missing and it is confusing as all hell. Best place to be is where the blog posts are.
They allege that he has thousands of subscribers to the business. However, how can you tell? There is no chat room, just a webinar. Maybe you can tell through the webinar somehow?
I was also told more features were coming in the future, like smartphone alerts, but my issue is the site says there are real time alerts, but there were none. Over promise/under delivered.
DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE
Because I had issues loading and navigating through the site, I emailed customer support. They responded pretty quickly which I was happy with. However, the responses were vague. I asked for a posting schedule and was told things like "Normally" they post at this time, and "If the market requires is," they will post again. So basically, there is no posting schedule.
Then I was told that I should look through older posts and figure out the schedule myself. WTF?!?!?!
In addition, the support staff couldn't even spell words correctly or use them properly. Lol I even think the emailed was his wife (her name was Linda, and I think his wife's name is Linda). I could be wrong or this could be a weird coincidence.
I wrote other things, like which browser is best to use with the site, and I was told they all work fine, except for IE. However, it seemed as if they were offended by tis questions, as if it was an attempt to criticize them.
Linda, the fristrated customer service rep, finally told me that I have 7 days to see if I like the service and i can always cancel. So instead of helping me, it is help yourself or leave.
I chatted with support through the website. I asked if they have real time alerts ( i wanted to make sure I was not missiing something because of browser issues or poor navigation or design and I couldn't find the real time lerts area). I was asked if I was a member and when I responded yes, they said, "THEN YOU SHOULD KNOW" Caps added.
This is insane. This time however, the chat rep did admit to not having real time alerts, but then they proceeded to attack me and tell me I am complicating everything and that the site and service are simple to use. I mentioned how the site is bare bones which is not necessarily a bad thing, but they got insulted. I mean they mention how simple the service is but then get insulted when I mention how bare bones the site is. Lol They then tried to defend the site by saying how many archived videos are on there. Not seeming to understand that a video archive does not make a robust, feature rich site.
The rep then told me not to join the service. They said that TF does not hold people's hands, which seemed odd because nothing I was asking had anything to do with TF holding my hand. It had everything to do with finding out what I was getting for my money.
From my experience with customer service, I glean that TF likes to work with people with low self esteem. IN NO BUSINESS HAVE I EVER HAD SUCH A POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE.
I would really like to hear from TF because he seems like a decent guy and I am displeased with his customer service. I still think he may have a lot to offer other traders, but I think he should go back to posting videos for free, at least for some things.
The comments about him not posting losses and whatnot are untrue. From following him on twitter, I know I have heard him talk on videos and mention taking some losses. Maybe he switched since the start of the premium service. I dunno.
Overall, i think there are a lot of other traders out there who provide better services. I have used fous for some fast day and swing trades, art of trading with trader stewie for swing trading, and bulls on wall street for day trades. These guys are more fun, but if you are a large cap position trader then they may not work for you. All I know is I would not waste my time with trader florida.
I also have emails and chat records as proof of my experience with TF.
