I've been a customer for a long time. My local branch has always went out of their way to help anyway they can. They recently upgraded the ATMs to accept cash and checks without an envelope for faster process. I have no complaints.
Good for online banking, easy to talk to, customer service could have been a little bit better but there fees can kill you if you don't meet the requirements to get the fees waived
I regretfully just recently got an academy credit card through them. I dont really have anything negative to say in regards to the customer service, however I think my rate is a bit to high. Still debating whether or not I want to keep the card or cancel it.

I bank with Chase along with US Bank. I dont have any real complaints other than I like Chase ATMs better. I have not been with them very long so I dont know a whole lot about their customer service.
