Good solid info. Name says it all. site looks kinda outdated but then again it's the SEC.

Layout of SEC filings is very average

One can definitely find the information one is looking for, but I found the layout of the results to be rather disorganized. For example, the results are not even listed in order by date which is the first thing I look for from an organizational standpoint. Sec-watch.com does a better job of this Read more...

Good Info

The site is a good way to access sec fillings easily. I prefer the official sec website to get them but it's decent. Again, it is free, some ads here and there but all in all it gets the job done.
