Good show, but not really for the beginner. Almost all of their option picks are option spreads, so I like that. Its always good to hedge your trades!

The best options show on TV. However, a lot of their option trade recommendations are repetetive. Also, they never show the results of the trades they make. One of my favorite shows on CNBC as I do a lot of option trading. All the traders on the panel are very informative and the show is very educational as well when they dive into the trades and break down the strategies they are using.
