So for last 2-3 years they had a solid platform and now they switch the feed over to CQG and its been a disaster. I wish there were puts on these guys LOL. Freezes, lags, wrong price fils you name it they got it. Pretty pathetic actually that they can get their act together
I have had 2 stints with Open E Cry, in the past 10 years. They are a decent futures brokerage, but nothing great. One of the "pros" is that you get free charting with them, and it is pretty good.
