Good for market internals, not so much charting
I use freestockcharts.com for my market internal analysis. They have a special twist on how they formulate the market internals (percent of stocks above 200sma, mcclellan summation & oscillator) that make them much more accurate to the actual market than most sites use. Big fan
Aside from its free which I totally love, it allows me to see charts of indexes, stocks , ETFs and movements in fine detail. It also has large number of indicators that can be applied and modified to fit my needs. Totally one of the best web charting platforms you could ever find.

Works great, but requires IE or FF
I am an avid Chrome user and would prefer to stick with my main browser when viewing live charts. The site uses SilverLight, and I am not sure if this will ever be supported by Chrome.
