Like the site and tools but the customer service group appears like they could care less. That's a shame because there are many charting choices out there.
I use stockcharts.com for all of my daily/weekly charting each night. Highly Recommend!

"I have been a subscriber to their charting service for years, but wish they offered real-time updates of commodity charts. Some of the other charting services offer this for the same price. I really like how you can save an unlimited number of charts that auto-update and are always ready. "
Stock charts look good, functional for what they are. But customer service at this site seems to mandate that its employees are rude, discourteous and completely irreverent regarding their customers. Would never recommend.
Very useful!! But the paid services are better as the title says. Probably the best charting tool besides using a software. Premium accounts are much better off on this website
