This use to be my favorite screener because it was FREE... Now they want you to open an account with them.. psshh.. I'm heading to FinViz and stockcharts.com
this website does provide a stock screening tool. It also has a tool where it display multiple charts in one page which is really cool.
Good website to screen stocks and take a look at charts in a single screen shot according to different technical events.

Lately I haven't been checking the site because the info wasn't loading right for me. The site is very useful when it is working though.
Clearstation is a great site to use to scan dozens of charts in order to find good setups. They also have a filtering tool which displays biggest gainers/losers on the day. Keep this site on your bookmarks and use whenever you are researching setups!
