Full of clueless people

"Nobody has a clue at this bank. I try to keep it short. Got an email one day telling me my phone banking PIN was changed. No idea what the heck they were talking about and I don't do phone banking. overall good

I'm connected via ACH to two other banks, and transfers have always been smooth, in both directions. There rates could be better but overall good bank.
