Out of all the banks I had accounts with, this is by far the best in terms of convenience and second in customer service (topped by Capital One).

I give them 4 stars based on customer service. I personally get service like this is a small bank and they have locations everywhere which is nice.

I became a customer by default and could not get away fast enough. Fees went up immdiately. They are the prototype of "BIG BANK". Credit unions are a good alternative for the majority of banking needs and you wonlt feel devoured.

What can I say? Less service with higher fees. Time to start moving to the local Credit Unions

Filed an LLC with and personal accounts. Pretty smooth and not much trouble. Phone service a little slacking but solved issue. Rates competitive yet better can be found. Here in Arizona all over so the logistics makes it a choice.
