He knows people...I like his commentary in 2008 during the crisis. He always seemed to have information on what was going on behind the scenes..It was interesting to see him report about meetings between Paulson and AIG or Lehman. good personality. Up front and tells it like it is. Calls a spade a spade and thats rare in this arena. Respect to Charles.
Charles is a true go-getter, well-connected, gets the inside scoop and makes a good impression. He doesn't come across as so objective, so I don't know if I can trust him.
Goes the extra mile for the inside scoop on the most pressing stories.

Charlie is a real deal blue collar guy who tells it like it is.
I have only seen Charley when he comes on Fast Money, and it is usually just to give his opinion on the latest breaking news. This guy always acts like he has THE sources when it comes to anything! When reporting on CNBC, Charlie always tries to push how great his sources are and how they are never wrong.
