Not that great
This book is all about lots of excel formulas with no explanation or reasoning behind them. This book is great for building templates but not for understanding anything.

I found this book very useful during my graduate school, all of the exercise material is arranged properly on the CD and can easily be referenced as discussed in the text. Some of the formulas have errors in them, pretty minor but somewhat annoying for people not well versed in excel.
Financial modeling is complicated, bought this book to learn how to do financial modeling but ended up putting it on book shelf.
