A bit overated by the sales & broker community. The movie itself is slow. But it does have a few epic scenes that make the movie. Now that ive seen it i'd rather just watch those scenes on youtube and bypass the rest.
Tried it several times, but couldn't watch the whole movie.

I have nothing bad to say about any of the performances in this movie. Alec Baldwin is simply brilliant in his speech.

I agree with some of the other reviewers about it being overated. Movie is about real estate leads and nothing to crazy to watch unless your really bored like I was before I watched it
