Great for research and comparisons

Not a bad site, I just think it could be a little cleaner for a web page. I like to use yahoo finance better for looking at interest rates. Bankrate may explain more and have more choices for the user, but it just makes it harder to get thru the site to find the info you need.

Great Mortgage Website!
I use this website for whenever I want to check out the recent mortgage rates and calculate mortgage payments with their calculator on the website. Let's you compare rates to other banks and see the difference in pricing. Got some great articles to learn from also.
