Bernstein's trading strategy, is a little general and not very detail oriented so that it is hard to put into practice much of the strategy. I also did not think this was very clear, the charts were not so easy to follow.
This is not that great for $99, a little hard to follow, unclear, and iI did not find anything actionable that would make me a profit. In fact, I can honestly say this video has not helped me at all.

Not that effective
Bernstein goes through his own trading strategy, similar to his book, which is actually one of the biggest sellers on amazon when it comes to trading.
