Didn't really expect a lot of this one at first. But as I progressed with reading it really got to me. It covers both the technical side of trading, as a lot of information about the emotional side that is often forgotten about.

Besides being a great educational book I really enjoyed the story and the way it is written.

Fantastic quick read

This is small book is filled with many great chunks of advice. The information provided is slightly outdated with all of the recent HFT, high volatility environment, but it can still lead you to the right mindset to make serious money in the markets. Just shows you that every tick in the market isn't worth watching.

A fantastically entertaining read

This was one of my first ever investment/trading books I read. And I loved it. It is a standard that very few other books can reach. Educational, entertaining, simple to follow and motivating (and well written). A perfect combination. You don't need to be fully awake to fly through this book...it's perfect beside read.

Interesting and somewhat entertaining.

Ah the box theory, does it work or was Darvas just lucky? Whatever the case may be this book takes your through his journey in the stock market before the technology of today was even a thought.

A good read for those who are interested in getting started in the market. It will show you about ONE man's experience using his go-to box theory/method. Some might say that it's similar to buying higher highs and shorting lower lows but that's for you to decide.

Perfect bedside read before turning in for the evening.

One of the best trading books there is.

Excellent book following an amateur trader slowly working out a system as he travels around the world sending sending telegraphs of trades to his broker. Was he just lucky or did he create a system that had stood the test of time and still works today? Read to find out.
