Let's stop the amuck of this company

During the three months period I was subscribed for their services (two paid, one trial) the overall performance was negative.

Most of the previous comments say everything about this company, trust them and AVOID their services!

DO NOT even subscribe for their free newsletter! Because of their agressive e-mail marketing and irresistible offers you will find yourself in their claws soon or later. After that only matter of time to lose your account regardless of your money and risk management.

It is worth to check the company reviews on glassdoor as well. You will be surprised on what some of their (former) employees say, like:

"Product they sell is defective. Customer loses money and sales suffer."

"Huge turnover rate...just check out how many former employees are on LinkedIn. The company is not profitable and the products are terrible."

Please join me and submit your complaint (pure service, refund policy, advertising, etc.) to Ohio Attorney General and report as spammer to Federal Trade Commission if you feel so.

We have to take actions to stop the amuck of this company and to help others to avoid this terrible service. Please share your own experience with others on many different trading forums and social media as well.

Stay Away - Monkeys do better guesses

This is a sales company! - Every month all they do is try to sell you another service, which IS NOT WORTH IT - Expensive and very very very very WRONG in their predictions

I spent $7,000 on them and following their instruction to the letters, I lost 25% of my investment portfolio following their advise. Stay away from these crooks.

Totally unreliable. Stay away!!

Terrible Options Advice

Signed up for two years, cost almost $3,000. Added three options services.

Schaeffers service has so many recommendations that although it is possible to generate a winning trade, it takes place with about 5 losers. Incredible poor timing on JC Penny, Cisco, Carbo Ceramics etc., I mean the advice was the worst at exactly the right time. I lost a lot on Carbo Ceramics alone.

Their outlook is contrarian, and it goes like this: "everyone is dumping this stock, it can't get any lower because of this line on the chart, the majority of people are always wrong, so now is the time to buy!". Reverse logic for the flip side and presto, you have a service.

I would have probably lost my money anyway, but with Schaeffer at my back I lost more than I ever have before and a lot faster.

The only positive lesson is that Schaeffer's service has made me realize that if a so called veteran can't call options trades better than 15% (or less) of the time then I don't stand a chance either, so I will never trade options again. It cost me $3 grand for the service and I lost a lot more than that which is devastating.

Don't get sucked in. If you need Schaeffer's advice then you need to seek a different kind of advice. Look yourself in the mirror and admit that options is not easy and you are chum and not a shark Lock your money up and don't be part of the bloodbath.

I have tried using their service twice (why the second time I do not know) and have lost money both times. Their recommendations are terrible. I can do better using a dart board with a stock list as a target. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

So Far Not Worth It

I enrolled in their Expiration Week Countdown Service last week ... so far all but one of their suggestions have tanked. I truly wonder about the quality of their analysts. I was going to give them one more month but now I think I am done.

I should have looked at this site and other recommendations before signing up.

Crooks with lousy reccomendations

I lost 35k the first two months with their Elite Trader package using their trading methodology and option recommendations. These people are terrible. The recommendations are guaranteed to LOSE money!!!Stay away from these crooks!

Please stay away from those people, they don't know anything in the market Liar, I started with them on nov 2012 for 1 month, I got the elite, They send u 5 trades a week, I entered with 15 k, they recommended 20 trades options, 19 were losers, I lost most of money with them,,,,rude peopel too, when u call them, they get upset if u wanna call and ask them any questions, Please stay away, they are expensive too

I have paid for a few of their alert services...the education was excellent and the website offers a ton of free info..but the ideas were so-so. They also hammer you with emails.

Awful. Awful Service. Don't Waste Your Money like Me

Schaeffers paid newsletters have absolutely no insight and help you loose money. They make bold claims, which should have been an alarm bell for me, but don't deliver. Save your money, because you will loose more on their trade advise than their overpriced subscriptions.

I tested one of their Overnight Trader options advice newsletters at $150 per month and the result : a success rate of less than 1 in 10. So lose money on 10 recommendations and recoup 1/10 of your investments on one. That is if you were can stand losing long enough for them to get it right. They make is easy to sign up but very difficult to cancel. Cancel one day late and they will keep bill you the whole amount and not flinch when you ask for your money back.

Also look out, you will be bombarded with dozens of "proven" get rich quick advise. Seriously if it sounds too good to be true then it is. Waste of money and time.
