This is my favorite blog. It is chock-full of interesting ideas and strategies for how to time the stock market, and unlike most other blogs on similar topics, it is very readable and understandable to any well-educated layman.
Michael Stokes also posts the daily predictions of various short, intermediate, and long-term strategies in his free "state of the market" report. I personally use the long-term predictions (in conjunction with other free timing signals) to adjust my exposure to stocks in my own investments.
Of course, the justification for spending time on this incredible resource is that it draws attention to Michael's for-pay services (which I am seriously considering signing up for):
