"This is just one of those organizations which govern financial instruments. It's not really something you can review. Background checks on futures brokers

Their background checks on brokers is useful for due dilligence purposes. There is also alot of other info that is useful for anyone interested in futures.

check with them before you invest

I am usually against regulation but in an industry with so many scams you need organizations like this to have your back.
