Bad!

The platform lags because the DOM freeze. Can't understand much their absolute disinterest, when you ask them about this issue. Trading with this platform is embarassing. Unprofessional broker.

TransAct DOM is unreliable

Works Fine!

I can't remember the last time my T/A DOM went down. I'm sure in VERY fast mkts, it struggles a bit, but then I'm not co-located to the exchange servers. Happy customer.
