A friend of mine recommended that I follow "john welsh" to learn a bit about the stock market. I started watching his moves and can truly say the guy is a great trader. Wish he tweeted more but other than that he is worth the follow

Worried at first but a great site

I know this will sound silly but growing up there was a def, down syndrome kid named John Welsh in my neighborhood. So as you can bet i had a tough time taking trading advice from someone with the same name (or I assumed it was a different John Welsh). Overall I am very happy and will continue

Great info.

If you haven't, you really need to go through and read almost everything on his site. Quality stuff. My only complaint is that he doesn't update it very much. He does have his twitter and profit.ly for that though so it's mostly excused.

Johnwelshtrades a trader with integrity

First off, I have to say THANK YOU to John Welsh. I've known "Welsh" for an extended period of time, and throughout the years, he has proven to be one of the top traders out there in up and down markets. His track record speaks for itself. TRULY a honest and sincere guy by nature, but an absolute animal when it comes to trading, he has always been true to himself and helpful to others. Despite his trading success he has been EXTREMELY humble throughout the many years that I've known him. Hard to find when you have HUGE egos in the trading business. What can I say? All he wants to do is make money, and help others in the process. Is that cool or what?! Since he started twitter he has gained the respect from a huge pool of talented traders and novices alike, and IMO he is one of the pioneers of bringing transparency to twitter. BTW, if you don't follow him on twitter by now. DO IT NOW! Its @johnwelshtrades.

As many of you know he tweets real time trades with exits/entries. Win or loose. He is not a lopsided trader, and will go long or short at will. Check out his trades on http://profit.ly. Again, his track record speaks for itself. A MUST FOLLOW.

He posts all his trades real time on twitter for free which to me is very impressive.He recently joined profiy.ly to verify all his trades which is awesome.Honesty!!!

He's got a blog now which contains lot of good info for traders. He's also gonna be speaking @ Tim's Nov function with lots of other great traders. Like i said i don't follow too many trades on twitters but john is must follow !!!

Good blog, great trader!

Love reading this guys posts, he has a lot to teach and the fact he's done what so many of us are trying to do (become an independent trader) is inspiring.

To those who have knocked him because he used the PhD tag, he's dropped this now and is simply JohnWelsh, who cares anyway, it's results that count! There are PhD's out there probably adding JohnWelsh to their names in the hope it will help them trade better!

This is one guy to definitely pay attention to

Welsh's track record speaks for itself, as well as his bio. I follow him on twitter because he is a rich source of info on market conditions and stock picks. I don't follow other traders plays but I do take note of them and Welsh is on point 9 times out of 10.

Huge Ego And No Brain

John's call on Arena failure was lucky. In fact, most of what John does involves luck. Also, I would not be surprised if he photoshopped profitly. Sick of his commentary regarding paid sites. All paid sites are not bad.
