Melissa Armo, founder of The Stock Swish Trader room provides a great, solid product.
In her trading room, you'll either lose what you risk... OR you'll likely make multiples of what you risk on any given trade, based on what calls (that she(and/or her staff) verbalizes, and/or indicates via writing in her trading room), at what price to place your Entry(ies), Stop Loss and Exits that she/they suggests. It's been my experience that her calls work more often then not, and the overall gains are greater than the losses. If you can.... or decide to, afford to participate in her chat room, and can execute the called trades, you should do well.
I do have multiple exceptions with a recent review. I'd like to offer an alternate to that review.
Truetrader123 titles their review as Scam Artist
and writes the following:
Issue 01: Will not verify trades
Response 01: On occasion, she offers limited Open Houses to her chat room, where she makes calls **live**, for all to hear/see. Later, she often does youtube recaps, of her trade(s) of the day.
Issue 02: Will not prove that she is actually trading.
Response 02: She says she does & I believe her. I likely wouldn't take her trades, if I thought otherwise. Regardless, she calls mostly winning trades.
Issue 03: Smoke in mirrors
Response 03: ... Sorry, I'm at a loss.... I've never seen Smoke in mirrors. :] I've no way to refute or affirm that.
Issue 04: Truetrader123 says not every fast speaker is a scammer but I am in sales and most scammers and great scumbag salespeople talk fast.
Response 04: True, as you said, not every fast speaker is a scammer. Not really relevant, I think. Classic logic misstatement.
Not all flowers are daises, but all daises are flowers.
Issue 05: Truetrader123 asserts that... That being said, if someone is not showing you the actual screen than something fishy must be going on.
Response 05: Again, rather irrelevant. I think she mostly calls winning trades... OK, you, Truetrader123, would like to see a Trading Dome(I presume). She operates her biz, they way she chooses to. That doesn't appear to be the way you like or would do it. That doesn't make her way wrong, bad or inferior. As a matter of fact, she deserves a lot of credit. She could've kept her system to herself, but she decided to provide a valuable service that w/s/could enrich those who follow her trading guidance.
Issue 06: Melissa Armo on the other hand only shows a ridiculous screenshot once in a while which can easily be photoshopped with entry level skills in less than five minutes.
Response 06: Truetrader123, I don't know what you see/saw. What I see when she's giving guidance, she typically shows a live active chart of the security she's talking about. What she shows always seems to correspond with other live charting sources that I use at the same time.
Issue 07: Truetrader123 writes, All in all, I wouldn’t recommend anybody to spend any money on any person for training.
Response 07: Truetrader123, frankly that sounds foolish.... unless you already know some trading method which would allow one to produce a livable income, or better. If that were the case, then you'd be right..., but then again, the point would then be mute.
Issue 08: Truetrader123 writes, Go get yourself a demo account, play with it for a few months and once you feel you are ready, do it live starting with a small amount you are comfortable losing.
Response 08: Truetrader123, getting a demo account, to verify that a trading methodology works is always prudent. Some people have obstacles
to trading well and it may take longer than than a few months to overcome those... if ever.
Issue 09: Truetrader123 writes Practice, practice and eventually you will get better.
Response 09: There's a saying that goes like this.
'Practice makes Perfect'. Unfortunately, that's not always correct.
'Practice makes Permanent' is more accurate.
If you do something wrong, then doing it wrongly, more often, simply makes one more proficient at doing that thing wrong. What's more, sadly, via trial & error, one may not ever find/discover/devise a methodology to trade effectively, left to one's own means... at least without expending more of one's own resources than they can afford to lose.
Truetrader123, seems you've an axe to grind with Melissa, and/or her trading methodology. Sorry to see that. She and her methodology appear to make money.
