It is not the best or worst free website.
It is better than Google Finance, but not as good as Yahoo Finance. I actually like it, becasue it has analyst ratings. Excellent eod data set
"They have very extensive and accurate eod data. Much better than yahoo and google. They only expose adjusted data in their download link which is a problem. Money central wasn't a very good finance site before with all the ads and hard to navigate website. Now that they have merged with bing its even worse. They don't even have a stock screener anymore.
MSN needs to get with it. They have fallen greatly behind to google finance and yahoo finance. Probably because the only poster that I can remember on there is ultra conservative Jim Jubak. I only go here as a last resort if I can't find the news elsewhere.
It's a bit cluttered to my liking. Some of the articles can be useful, but generally I prefer Yahoo finance or Google, and more simplistic approach. To me it looks a bit old school 90's like internet...
I'm not a big fan of MSN Money - the layout of the stock quote pages are too cluttered with more information than I care to look at. Not good. Yahoo Finance or Google much better. Its only possible advantage may be the news but I'm frankly surprised anyone would use this site, given what's out there.
