In the next CNBC Original, Maria Bartiromo takes viewers Inside The Mind of Google for a rare look at the world's most powerful technology company and its crown jewel, the Google Internet search engine. This is the fascinating story of how two grad students, in barely a decade, took a one-time research project and turned it into a global technology powerhouse...changing the way we interact with information, the Internet, and each other. See how Google came to dominate the search industry and turn it into a profit machine... and see where it's taking its next step... and how the company plans to address arguably the biggest controversy in today's digital age: privacy.

A must see
I loved this documentary or special, or whatever you would call it. Great too see google execs unfolded like that and see how many dirty tricks they got in their sleeve.

Scary and yet mind opening documentary
I missed it when it came on CNBC but thanks to hulu! This documentary show the real side of Google. When I saw what they know about a person from all the searches we do kinda scares me of what can be happen in future. All the privacy concers about their Google maps and the information they been collecting through their googlemaps cars is just insane.Google is a part of may daily life and prolly my friend on the internet lol. I can't stop using google but the documentary made me think twice of what we believe on internet.

Truly inspiring documentary
Every given programmer or hacker dreams to work in this company. Look how amazingly workers are spending their working time. Sergey Brin and Larry Page are two guys who started building a company in garage not even knowing that once it becomes "Billion" Worth Company. Truly inspiring documentary and only complaint goes to length of this film.

Great to watch another story of a successful company!!
Takes us to the insights of how it started with 2 students that made it into a powerhouse brand! This is definitely worth your time since Google is only getting bigger. It’s good to see documentaries like these because it helps influence our minds.

Google Special.
This was what is was. Inside the mind of Google. A little bit scary, a little bit overwhelming, a little bit unbelievable. Google is the only company that in my opinion can challenge Apple. Gonna be interesting to see how it plays out. I use them both.

Corporate culture at its finest
Movie really gave great insight on how to create an amazing corporate culture.. one of the greatest parts of the documentary is the insight it provided on how google trys to merge work and personal life "all the time spent doing other things can be time they are spending at work" hence the company even offering to do laundry.. I

<-- This geek loved this documentary...
I use quite a few Google products and they really help me stay efficient (and relevant). CNBC does a great job of going behind-the-scenes and showing some of the operations that go on in the background. You get a glimpse at everything from an employee's life (quite comfortable, might I add!) to product development to real-world uses of Google services other than someone simply typing in a search term or two.

If you're even remotely interested in Google or use their services, check this documentary out. It's very well done and, as a result, quite interesting!

Google is awesome
Google is awesome. I'm sure lots of people would kill to work for Google after this. What a unique working environment and you would think it would lead to laziness but instead this is one of the top performing corporations ever. Just to observe the working environment google employees are working under is interesting in itself.
