Did not like them
"Had a secured credit card with them. Don't get Capital One if you want a secured card. They will not refund any money unless you close the card. Online Savings Account
I opened a savings account after checking around and found the interest rate to be one of the highest. Also found if you are a Costco Executive member Costco will kick in an extra $100 after it is opened. Easy to transfer money in and out but don't be in a hurry to get it out (takes a min of 3 days) Read more...

Great when they were paying 5% APY, now 1.1%
CapitalOne online offers free checking, saving, ATM, higher APRs and fast transfers. I kinda started investing because I seen this 5% APR in the Money Market back in 2007.
