Like all other newsletters you always run the risks of losing money on a pick. The trick is to quit while your ahead. Sell out of a position before your profits turn into loss. I havnt been following this site too long but the last pick was pretty profitable if you played it right.
Best damn penny stocks, owned by Eric Cusimano, is the biggest scam out there. He is allegedly running from the Feds and afraid of his own shadow.
